Our main meal took 1 hour to arrive, we almost left, Staff acknowledged they were having difficulties in the kitchen and gave us a substantial discount. They were honest and apologetic about it. Food - magnificent, we had the cob Staff - awesome Views are great. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

Very relaxing space with what would have been a beautiful view if not for the over cast weather that day haha! Unfortunately the famous chowder was not available however the fish and chips was delicious and crispy! I really enjoyed the flat head burger so yum and something I don’t see offered at most places! We also didn’t have to wait long for our meals either! I would say allow extra time for parking as the parking is limited and busy in the surrounding area!

The seafood chowder is delicious. The salad that comes with it too. The prawn taco are pretty good too. The view to the ocean with surfers is nice. Went for good walk on the track in front of the restaurant after dinner.

Got the seafood chowder as recommended by all the other reviews. It was soooo good! Creamy yet not too overpowering. Balance of the freshness from the seafood was just right! Finished every bit of it! What more with a great view of the beach!

Great views of the bay and lovely atmosphere. However, I cannot say the same thing about the food experience that we had at Simon’s Waterfront. We ordered the Warm Rowallan olives for entree to share between two, the goat’s cheese ravioli and the seafood chowder for mains (the chowder was highly recommended by one of the staff) The seafood chowder, although it was reasonably nice it only came with two prawns, two muscles, one scallop, and very little chowder, the ravioli were very average and very oily, and the warm olives were extremely hot to which it almost burns your mouth. We ended up having two beers, two mains and one entree, spent over $100 and left the restaurant still very hungry. Maybe we picked a bad day to go there but unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend it.

It's the perfect place to end a day in a beautiful atmosphere with a stunning view over the ocean. Or a drink with a great panoramic view. :) The staff is super friendly. We felt very welcomed. The beef burger was so yummy. They also have fresh Australian seafood. Don't miss this awesome place. :)

Located on the waterfront overlooking the Warrnambool bay. Lovely atmosphere and views, and the service was good and tentative. The food however was a disappointment, I had a beef burger that was tasty however the patty was small and not the advertised 200grams. My wife had the pulled pork burger that was dry, with a tiny amount of sauce. The cashier took some money off the bill. Unfortunately we won't be coming back in a hurry.
